Welcome to Paddict!

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Paddict mobile application. By downloading, installing, or using Paddict, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use Paddict.

1. License

1.1 Subject to your compliance with these Terms and Conditions, Paddict grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Paddict for your personal, non-commercial use.

1.2 You may not modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on Paddict, except as expressly permitted by applicable law.

2. User Content

2.1 Paddict may allow you to submit, post, or transmit content, including but not limited to text, images, and other materials ("User Content").

2.2 By submitting User Content, you grant Paddict a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display such User Content in any media.

2.3 You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights, licenses, consents, and permissions to submit User Content and grant the rights granted herein.

3. Prohibited Conduct

3.1 You agree not to:

Use Paddict in any unlawful manner or for any unlawful purpose.
Use Paddict to transmit or post any content that is abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
Use Paddict to transmit any viruses, worms, or other malicious code.
Interfere with or disrupt the operation of Paddict or the servers or networks connected to Paddict.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of Paddict or any other systems or networks connected to Paddict.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 All intellectual property rights in Paddict.

4.2 You may not use any trademarks, logos, or service marks displayed on Paddict without the prior written consent of Paddict or the respective owner.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Paddict shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of Paddict.

6. Indemnification

6.1 You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Paddict, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of Paddict or your violation of these Terms and Conditions.

7. Termination

7.1 Paddict may terminate your access to Paddict at any time for any reason or no reason, without prior notice or liability.

8. Governing Law

8.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

9.1 Paddict reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of Paddict after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
